This error was a weird one for me. I had played CoD:Warzone before and knew that the display that was connected was working. The download for Season 6 had completed and this was the first time it ran after.
After many restarts of the game and looking into command line fixes for it and messing with the graphics card settings [AMD] it couldn’t boot past the splash screen above.
It seems like this was a lockout because of the update. A full restart of Windows and playing the first match in Warzone safe-mode allowed the game to restart perfectly.
